Skin that's repaired, not masked

I'm Gemma, a nurse prescriber, and I've worked in aesthetics since 2016. My approach has always been the same: treat the cause, strengthen the skin, and use less product to get natural results that actually last.

Results take time. That's the point.

"You treat the person, then the skin. You educate them — adults learn better when they know why, and you arm us with the knowledge to help ourselves."
Louise H., client

Most skin concerns didn't appear overnight, and the honest treatments for them don't work overnight either.

I work regeneratively. That means treating your skin's health first, with treatments that encourage your body to repair itself: radio frequency microneedling, HIFU, Sculptra, chemical peels, laser facials and more. Where volume has been lost, I restore it carefully. I'd always rather fix what's going on underneath than cover it up with excessive filler.

I'll also explain the why behind everything: what I'm doing, where, and how long it'll take to show. You learn your own skin, so you can look after it between visits, not just in my chair.

Aesthetics is finally moving towards natural results and "less is more". I've worked that way since 2016, so you're in practised hands.

Every appointment starts with a consultation, every plan is built around your skin, and every result is reviewed as we go. Trust the process and your skin will show you why.

Honest advice, even when it costs me the booking

If a treatment isn't right for you, I'll tell you. If your skin needs a cream and a routine rather than filler, I'll say that too, and I'll point you to what actually helps. It's never about the sale. I start by understanding why the concern is there, then I recommend the honest fix, whether that's a treatment with me or not.

That's the whole reason people trust me with their skin, and it's how I've worked since 2016.

"Gemma is always super friendly but professional. She makes me feel at ease with treatments and doesn't try to sell me anything I dont need."

Memberships

Consistency is what gets results, so both of my memberships are built around it. Everything is explained below, so you know exactly what you're signing up for before you do.

Skin Club

£45/month

Your skin, looked after all year round.

Skin Club is a monthly direct debit membership for people who are serious about their skin. Each visit starts with a consultation to review your progress, then we choose the treatment your skin needs most that month:

Microneedling · Chemical peel · HydraFacial · Laser facial · Radio frequency facial · Carbon facial

  • A skin treatment every month, chosen for your skin at that visit
  • A consultation and progress review at every appointment
  • Priority booking

£45 a month by direct debit, set up securely through GoCardless. You'll see exactly what you're agreeing to before you confirm.

Smooth Club

£45/month

Stay consistent with your anti-wrinkle treatments, without the lump sums.

Line-relaxing results are at their best when appointments are kept regular, three times a year. Smooth Club spreads that cost into one simple monthly direct debit, so staying consistent feels affordable and your results never lapse.

  • Your 3 line-relaxing appointments a year, covered
  • The cost spread across the year at £45 a month
  • Priority booking

£45 a month by direct debit through GoCardless. Prescriber-led, as all my treatments are.

Memberships are set up as a Direct Debit through GoCardless, protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. Questions first? See the FAQs below or message me.

For the skin concerns creams haven't fixed

Rosacea. Eczema. Acne. Pigmentation. Contact dermatitis. Psoriasis. Stubborn dry skin.

If you're living with any of these, you'll know how long NHS waiting lists can be. I know because I've been on them myself. While I waited, I learnt to manage my own skin holistically, from the gut outwards: diet, lifestyle, home routine and the right treatments. Now I use everything I learnt, alongside my nursing background, to help other people manage theirs.

  1. 01 A one-hour consultation (paid)

We go through everything: your physical health, lifestyle, history, diet, current skin routine, and referrals where needed.

  2. 02 Your management plan

Built around your skin and your life, with regular check-in appointments to review progress.

  3. 03 Blood tests where they help

Hormones, allergies and general health all affect your skin, so testing is part of the picture.

Also available on their own: a one-off skin advice appointment, with no ongoing plan attached; blood tests (hormones, intolerances, general health), bookable individually.

Questions, answered

The things I get asked most, all in one place. If your question isn't here, message me and I'll point you in the right direction.

The treatment room at Aesthetic CreationsThe final step of a facial treatment

Everything is booked through my online booking link, where you'll find every treatment with its price. If you're not sure what you need, book a free consultation and we'll work it out together.

It depends on the treatment, and I'll always be honest with you about timescales at your consultation. Regenerative treatments build over weeks and are designed to last. As one example, radio frequency microneedling results can last years when your skin is maintained.

Every price is listed on my booking link, nothing hidden. Memberships are £45 a month.

If you're new, or you're not sure what your skin needs, yes please. Consultations are free and there's never any pressure to book a treatment afterwards.

Both are a simple monthly direct debit through GoCardless. Skin Club gets you a monthly skin treatment with a consultation each visit; Smooth Club covers your three line-relaxing appointments a year. Members get priority booking.

Card, cash, bank transfer or direct debit. I also offer Pay in 3 through Stripe, so the cost of a treatment can be split across three payments. Whatever suits.

Because it usually isn't the fix. My whole approach is repairing and strengthening your skin so concerns are treated at the source. Where filler helps, I use it carefully. "Less is more" has been my rule since 2016.

CleftInject, free at my clinic

I'm a trained CleftInject practitioner, offering free dermal filler treatment for people born with a cleft lip or palate. It's a service that means a great deal to me.
